1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using IteraSuite, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

These Terms apply to both the IteraSuite website and the IteraSuite Lite mobile application. By using the mobile app, you agree to these terms regardless of whether certain features open in an external browser.

2. Use License

IteraSuite provides free-to-use web utilities. Permission is granted to use these tools for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may not use the tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website.
  • You may not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on IteraSuite are provided on an 'as is' basis. IteraSuite makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. This disclaimer applies equally to all tools and features available within the mobile application.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

Tool Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for precision, the tools provided on IteraSuite are for informational and utility purposes only. Use at your own risk. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results generated by our client-side processing tools (including PDF manipulation, image conversions, or calculations).

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the output before using it for critical or official purposes.

5. Limitations

In no event shall IteraSuite or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on IteraSuite, even if IteraSuite or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IteraSuite operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
