All tools on IteraSuite are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Because processing occurs entirely in your local environment, IteraSuite does not guarantee the mathematical accuracy, visual integrity, or long-term stability of processed files. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or errors in output.

Critical Warning: Always verify output files (PDFs, Images, Code) before using them for professional, legal, or high-stakes purposes.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Third-party services including analytics providers, advertising partners, and monetization platforms may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. By using IteraSuite, users acknowledge that certain platform features and advertisements may be delivered through these third-party systems.

  • Ads and analytics are provided by third-party partners (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdMob, Adsterra).
  • We do not endorse any products or services featured in third-party advertisements.
  • Interaction with advertisements or third-party features is at your own risk and subject to the respective provider's own terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The underlying architecture, tool logic, branding, and original content of IteraSuite are the exclusive intellectual property of IteraTrail. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute our tools without explicit written consent.

You agree not to use IteraSuite for any malicious activity, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to bypass client-side security measures.
  • Using our tools to generate or process illegal content.
  • Using automated scripts to overwhelm our web infrastructure.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
